Lefkasi charter: megközelítés és első nap
Ha az átvétel gyorsan lezajlik, elég nappali idő marad, és az időjárás is engedi, Meganisi, Nidri, Sivota vagy a Meganisi szigetén fekvő Vathy lehet az első cél. Ha a körülmények nem kedveznek, jobb a lefkasi bázis közelében maradni. Győr felől 1400–1520 km és 15–18 óra, Budapest felől 1300–1400 km és 14–16 óra, Debrecen felől 1400–1540 km és 16–19 óra az autóút. Hét nap alatt Meganisi, Kalamos, Kastos és Ithaka rövid átkelésekkel összefűzhető. Kefalonia, Zakynthos és a Dél-Jón térség bevonásakor a fordulópontot úgy kell kijelölni, hogy a hosszabb napi hajózás után is maradjon idő a visszaútra.
