DAMAGE WAIVER plus REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT (must be paid on the spot) up to 2 weeks' charter.
The Damage Waiver reduces your financial liability in the event of damage to the yacht, loss or damage to ancillary equipment, or damage caused by a third party during your charter.
Non-refundable: The Damage Waiver is not refundable under any circumstances.
The refundable deposit covers any damage or loss over the damage waiver amount, and the customer's total financial liability will not exceed the amount of the damage waiver and the refundable deposit.
Coverage: It covers any loss or accident involving the yacht, its equipment, or a third party, including all risks of damage or theft, whether due to negligence or malicious intent by the skipper or clients.
Indemnification: It indemnifies all parties involved in all cases.
Additional Weeks: For any additional week of the charter, an extra Damage Waiver charge will apply, amounting to half of the standard Damage Waiver cost.
The payment of either the Refundable Security Deposit or the Damage Waiver applies solely to one major incident at a time. Suppose there is a loss or damage to high-value equipment (such as an outboard engine or dinghy, sails, mast). In that case, the Charterer has the right to a replacement or repair, on the condition that a new Refundable Security Deposit is paid promptly upon receiving the replacement or completion of the repair.

A cockpitből könnyen elérhető szalon rosszabb időben is használható közös helyet biztosít, ezért a csapat nem szorul a kabinokba. A 4 kabinos, 2 mosdós elrendezés reggeli készülődésnél csökkenti a várakozást, mert több ember tud egyszerre elinduláshoz készülődni. A 11,7 méteres test több megállós napokon elég fedélzeti helyet biztosít a pihenéshez, miközben a kikötői manőverek még jól átláthatók. A légkondicionáló többnapos charteren stabilabb éjszakai komfortot biztosít, mert a kabinok kikötés után is könnyebben szellőztethetők és hűthetők.

Ha a két család közös charterezése a cél, a Lagoon 40 - 4 + 1 cab. mérete és beosztása ezt a használatot támogatja. Baráti családoknak akkor működik jól, ha fontos a közös tér, de mindenki szeretne saját rendezhető kabint is. Rövidebb utaknál a könnyű szervezhetőség, hosszabb bérlésnél a pihenőhelyek aránya lesz a döntő. A férőhelyek száma nem csak alváshoz fontos, hanem a nappali mozgást és a pakolást is befolyásolja. A döntésnél a legfontosabb kérdés az, hogy a csapatnak a közös tér, a kabinbeosztás vagy a könnyű kezelhetőség számít-e jobban.
Rodoszi charter: megközelítés és első nap
A rodoszi bázis elérése Rodosz Diagoras nemzetközi repülőtér (RHO) felől 25–40 perces helyi transzfert jelent; Kos Ippokratis nemzetközi repülőtér (KGS) felől többórás kompút, átszállás és helyi transzfer szükséges. Autóval Debrecen felől 1580–1760 km és 30–38 óra, Budapest felől 1420–1580 km és 28–35 óra, Győr felől 1540–1710 km és 29–36 óra az út, a kompátkeléssel együtt. Rodosz valamelyik közeli partszakasza lehet az első napi cél, ha a hajóátvétel időben befejeződik, elegendő nappali idő marad, és az időjárás megfelelő; Lindos vagy Symi felé csak kedvező időjárási előrejelzés mellett érdemes elindulni. Bizonytalan indulásnál jobb a bázison maradni. Egy hét alatt Rodosz keleti partja és Symi kapcsolhatók össze, míg a Dodekanészosz északi része felé hosszabb napi hajózásra van szükség, ezért korábban kell visszafordulni.
